OK, here are the topics that I like so far, let me know what your opinion is.
1. Being able to listen to music while working affects productivity.
2. Micromanaging increases productivity compared to macro managing.
3. Does the amount of education have an influence on how skilled a manager is.
4. For employee motivation to be high, expectancy, instrumentalities and total valence of all outcomes must be high. |

| I vote for topic number 1, Being able to listen to music while working affects productivity. Though I would take the position that it does not increase productivity, but I could write about it either way so it does not matter to me. |

| Lets do it tomorrow during U-hour after class, I will bring my laptop with me, and we should be able to divide up the proposal so a couple people will work on each part then we can put it all together and turn it in. |

Does anybody else have any objections to doing topic 1?
I'm trying to think where we could find a place with enough seating for all of us together, I know we could probably get a group room in the library or maybe try and find something in the student center or the market place. |
