1. Always remember that there is not set way to manage, there are a constant set of variables that are always changing which means that a decision about today may not always work in the future.
2. Always allow yourself to have an open mind as a manager, this will help you maintain flexibility in decision making.
3. There are different ways in motivating groups of people, and individuals. Identify these differences and act on them so that you can achieve excellence. |

1. As a manager make sure that you frequently interact with your employees to find out what is going on, what working, what doesn't work and how your employees feel about the environment they are in.
2. In order to understand what is happening in your organization you need to look at the organization as a whole rather than focusing on a particular section.
3. When conflicts arise between employees, or management to solve them effectively and quickly you need to be able to understand conflict resolution. |

1.In order to be an influential manager you need to be able to identify with people on a personal level.
2.An effective manager is one that is motivational and charismatic.
3.An efficient manager can articulate a clear, motivating vision of what the team can achieve along with specific short-term goals. |

1. As a manager, it is your responsibility to ensure the participation and contribution of ideas from your employees and coordinate a response in a timely manner.
2. As a manager, you should only give orders because the situation demands incorporating input from those with expertise.
3. Conflict is the raw material for organizational development. It should not be thought of as warfare but differences in opinions and interests. Use this as a foundation to initiate a progressive change. |

1). Psychological motivation increases productivity while enhancing employee moral
2). In a managerial position, interaction with your employees is crucial in order to motivate each unique individual or group for the benefit of the business.
3). Employees are influenced more positively, (in terms of productivity), when manager’s reward them with more personal fulfillment. |

1.A manager should individually assign task to each person based on their strengths and weaknesses so they have the most productive person for that job.
2.A good manager will follow the step of “Being Connected” because if a manager is not staying in touch with his employees or consumers he will not know how he can improve his business to get to the next level
3.A good manager will also have a high level of standards who exercises them on a regular basis and if one is broken there needs to be consequences |

1. An effective manager need to fully understand both scientific management and administrative management in order to control organization leading toward goals successfully.
2. Human relations is the most important to manager to evaluate how effetive managers are.
3. An effective manager doesn't mean that a manager need to follow the top management strategies, but being flexible and ready to handle and achieve challanging management situations peacefully. |
