1.What do you think about music?
2.Do you let your employees listen to music while working?
3.Do you allow employees to listen to mp3 players, or personal players?
4.Do you think that music will increase or decrease productivity?
5.Do you have policies for listening to music at your company?

I think they are repeated. I can see only 2 main questions. What about this?

1. What do you think about music when we talk about listening music while we're working improve productivity?

2. Do you allow your employees listen musics while they're working?

3. According from your observation, have you ever experienced that allowing employees to listen music while they're working increase productivity?

4. Do you listen music while you're working?

I could think just 4 of them, I'm trying to make it better. If you have any idea, please reply me. Thanks. I'll post it more when I got some idea.
